Is it efficient for people to agree to share the bill when they go to a restaurant?

This is one of the best problems when you go to a restaurant with friends. Because it is like veiled psychological problem between their minds.
I believe all of you have been to a restaurant with your friends at least once.( If you are not a loner.)
After you go to a restaurant, eat really nice and tasty food, maybe eat some salads with strawberry milkshakes and then you think `wow, this restaurant is fantastic.`. And all of a sudden, the bill comes to your table. And Silence, And Silence, and silence maybe for a minute.
Because you do not know how much you have to pay out of the whole bill. Maybe you would think, `Should I pay all of them? So I can be like a tough guy, or should I pay just of mine, but it is gonna make me small girl.` hmmmm
As I talked about on the above, this is normally what happens when you do not say anything about the bill before you order something. So my point is that when you go to a restaurant, we should agree to share the bill. That way, we do not have to worry about others but eat the food whatever we can afford to eat.
